A vegan diet isn’t just for vegans: It’s also for vegetarians, and it’s a very good thing.
A recent study published in the journal PLOS ONE revealed that vegans are far less likely to die from disease and that their diets are healthier than those of meat eaters.
The study, conducted by researchers at University of Southern California and the University of Maryland, found that a vegan diet was linked to a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and death from other causes.
Vegetarian diets also had a significantly lower rate of colon cancer than meat-eating Americans, and they were associated with lower risk for cancer of the breast, prostate, and cervix, the study’s lead author Dr. David Ludwig told The Associated Press.
The researchers found that vegetarians were significantly more likely to be free of cardiovascular diseases than nonvegetarians.
They also found that vegans were more likely than meat eater Americans to be at a lower overall risk for diabetes and cancer.
Vegan diets can also help combat chronic conditions, like cancer.
According to the American Cancer Society, vegans have a lower rate than meat and poultry eaters of cancer.
However, vegants are also far less healthy than meat eating Americans, the researchers said.
They had a higher risk of cancer and lower survival rates of colon and rectal cancer, according to the study.
Vegans also had higher rates of diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and some types of cancer, but they also had fewer of these conditions than meat doers.
They have lower rates of some cancers and higher rates for some.
But vegans don’t have to be meat eatars to enjoy their diet.
They can also be vegan.
And they are just as healthy as their meat-eaters.
So how do you become vegan?
Well, if you’ve got a vegan mom or dad, you’re not alone.
According the National Vegan Council, a nonprofit group that advocates for animal rights, more than 10 million vegans and vegetarians are currently in their 50s or older, and about half of those are adults.
A vegan diet is not an easy one to adopt, but it’s easy to do if you know what to look for.
The best vegan restaurants are a little different than those you might find at other places.
While you can order vegan food at most restaurants, it can take a little time to learn the menu, said Dr. Elizabeth Brown, a nutritionist at the Mayo Clinic.
Brown, who is vegan, said it’s important to start slow.
The Vegan Alliance has compiled a list of the 10 best vegan restaurant recommendations on its website.
The most important things to look out for include:The menu should have at least four vegan options (one vegetarian, one vegan, one meat eater) and a vegan dessert (one vegan, three meat eater).
The ingredients should be low in fat, cholesterol, sodium, and protein.
The menu should also include a health-promoting ingredient such as nuts, seeds, and fresh fruit.
The meal should have a balance of plant-based protein (like beans, peas, lentils, and tofu) and meat-based carbohydrates (like rice, pasta, and potatoes).
The meal will be made with fresh ingredients, so it should taste good regardless of what you’re eating.
And you can get protein by eating whole grains, legumes, and vegetables.
The menu may be a little bigger than what you can find at most restaurant chains, but you can also get some great vegan meals by ordering online.
For instance, there are more than 500 restaurants offering vegan meals, from sushi to lasagna.
The more you eat vegan, the healthier you’ll feel, according Brown.
But remember, you can’t just eat vegan food, you need to make sure that it’s not too unhealthy.
And remember, it’s also important to not get too fat or too full.
Veggie-dieting tips:Vegan food can make you feel better about yourself and your health, but many people can’t live on it.
So make sure to try a few healthy foods, like plant-derived protein, beans, lentil soup, tofu, and plant-made cheese.
If you are trying to lose weight, try adding some veggies to your diet, like broccoli, spinach, and collard greens.
Also, be sure to limit your exposure to the chemicals used in processed foods, such as beef, chicken, and egg.
This can lead to allergies and other health problems.
